A slightly improved recipe from Michel Bontemps: the preparation is immersed in birch sap with the addition of tree bark and Chatons. Goji berries, blackberries, currants, blueberries, raspberries and cherries are added for all the virtues of red fruits.

1 teaspoon 3 times a day for 21 days
