WATER LILY (Nymphaea Alba) – Organic Tincture

The white water lily and the yellow water lily are the two species of this aquatic plant most used in phytotherapy. The white water lily has sedative (it “puts the body to sleep”) and antispasmodic (it prevents involuntary muscle contractions) properties. It is indicated for the management of insomnia, anxiety, diarrhea and cough. It also has an anaphrodisiac action and is used to reduce sexual arousal, especially in cases of nymphomania (very high sexual desire) or priapism (erection lasting several hours). The yellow water lily is an antibiotic used to treat genital infections of bacterial origin. Thanks to their healing effect, the two plants act effectively against burns, chapped skin, inflammations of the skin, solar allergies (solar erythemas) and skin cracks (crevices).
